- 1 lb chicken breast strips, boneless, skinless
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp allspice (optional)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp thyme leaves
- 1/4 cup flour
- Butter, coat non-stick frying pan

Here is the quick and easy step by step process to create this chicken dish.
STEP 1: Wash and towel dry chicken. Season with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, allspice (optional), dried oregano and thyme leaves.
STEP 2: Turn stove to medium heat. Warm butter in non-stick frying pan.
STEP 3: Pour flour on a plate and use it to lightly coat chicken. Place coated chicken in skillet.
STEP 4: Fry chicken in butter, 3- 4 minutes each side, or until golden brown.
STEP 5: Remove from pan. Sprinkle with crushed peppercorn (optional).
