Rise And Shine! Maple Walnut Banana Smoothie

Have a craving for home-cooked banana pancakes? Well, try this Maple Banana Smoothie for a faster option.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 scoops maple walnut ice cream
  • 1 cup almond milk (substitute with milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp lime juice (optional)

Directions

Place the banana, ice cream, almond milk and lime juice in a blender.  Process for 1 minute until smooth.

Makes 1 serving.
