- 6 medium carrots – a revered skin food
- 2 stalks celery – with its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory nutrients give this juice a unique dimension
- 3 – 4 apples – sweet, delicious and high in fiber
- Ginger – adds spice
Wash fruit and vegetables prior to juicing. Roughly chop each ingredient and run through the juicer. Make sure the apples are cored. Add ginger as desired. Run the pulp through the juicer a second time to extract as much liquid as possible.
There are also ways to use your leftover pulp. Try using leftover pulp in cakes, muffins, to make stock, or even in a dip.
