Just Beet It! Sweet Beet, Carrot and Apple Pure Juice

Beets are said to be a highly nutritious root vegetable. They are delicious cooked, raw or juiced. Eaten raw, beets are crunchy and sweet, and are also said to contain the highest sugar content of all vegetables.

Sweet Beet, Carrot and Apple Pure Juice

Pure, natural juice!


  • 2 medium beets
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 2 – 3 apples, cored


Wash vegetables and fruit and roughly chop them. Run through the juicer. Taste juice and add more of either ingredient as desired. Run the pulp through the juicer a second time to extract as much liquid as possible. Serve immediately for an energizing jolt.


There are also ways to use your leftover pulp. Try using leftover pulp in cakes, muffins, to make stock or even in a dip.

    • Thank you for the great tips, Dolly! I can imagine how a beet and carrot fresh juice pulp with ginger would enhance these dishes you mentioned. I’ve used leftover pulp a lot in pancakes made with oat flour, raisins and cinnamon among other ingredients. That extra ginger “zing” will be awesome! 🙂
